30-Day Returns

You may return your fragrance within 30 days of delivery.

The bottle may be opened and lightly used (up to approximately 10–15%). We understand scent needs to be worn, not just smelled.

Easy Exchanges

Not the right one?
You may request one free exchange per order or choose store credit.

Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
No restocking fees.

Exceptions

• Discovery/sample sets are non-returnable.

• Gift sets must be returned complete.

• Items that are significantly used may not qualify.

If it doesn’t feel like you, send it back.
We’d rather you find the one that does.
