ILVZA is a contemporary Indian design house built around scent. We make four signature eau de parfums — Oréna, Móran, Azúra and Noiré — and sell them only at ilvza.com. The name means Inner Light, Visible Aura.

Four fragrances, composed as one day. Oréna is the morning: citrus and white florals over soft musk. Móran is stillness: saffron and sandalwood, meditative and unisex. Azúra is nightfall: dark fruit and rose over oudh and patchouli. Noiré is after midnight: labdanum and saffron over oudh.

We believe the most unforgettable presence isn’t the loudest — it’s the one that stays. Our fragrances are composed to be felt as someone leans closer, and to unfold in layers over the hours rather than announce themselves at once. Each begins as a feeling and is built into a scent with its own character and story.

Across the collection you’ll find sandalwood, oudh, saffron, amber, white musk, jasmine, cedarwood, rose and citrus, among others — chosen for character and depth, never for rarity alone. Each perfume is formulated from high-quality fragrance materials blended with cosmetic-grade alcohol, in accordance with international fragrance standards.

No. ILVZA does not test any product or ingredient on animals. Every fragrance is also 100% vegan and made without parabens or phthalates.

All four ILVZA fragrances in 3 ml vials, for ₹299. It exists so you can wear each scent for days — not sniff a strip — before choosing your full bottle. Vials are not sold individually.

The full ₹299 you pay for the set is deducted from your first full bottle — the credit applies automatically at checkout on any 50 ml or 100 ml. Buy the set, wear the four, choose one, and the set has effectively cost you nothing.

Every fragrance is ₹1,299 for 50 ml and ₹1,999 for 100 ml, inclusive of taxes. All four signatures share the same price — the collection is one standard. We do not run discounts or sales.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delhi-NCR arrives in 2–4 business days; the rest of India in 5–7. Tracking comes to you by email and SMS.

Yes, any time before dispatch — contact us with your Order ID. Once a parcel is with the courier we can no longer change the address, modify the order, or cancel it. Saved addresses can be managed in your account.

We make our fragrances in small, carefully planned batches, so a scent is occasionally unavailable. Write to us and we’ll tell you the expected restock date.

Each bottle is inspected, wrapped in protective packaging, and placed in its ILVZA box. Wherever possible our materials are responsibly sourced and recyclable.

In Gurugram, Haryana — every fragrance is composed, filled, inspected and packed in India.

Not yet — we currently ship across India only. If you’re outside India, write to us and we’ll tell you when delivery reaches your region.

Every full bottle ships free — free shipping applies to all orders of ₹1,299 and above. Discovery Set shipping: ₹99.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photographs of the product and packaging, and a short description. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy. An unboxing video helps us resolve claims faster.

No — fragrance is personal and skin-applied, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, or on orders delivered in good condition. We stand fully behind anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong.

Any time before dispatch — from My Orders in your account, or by writing to us with your Order ID. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.

Refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items — and for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch — are made to your original payment method. If you prefer, you can choose ILVZA credit instead.
