Shipping Policy

Every order is dispatched by courier from our studio in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a newly launched brand, we are proud to deliver across India. Our journey begins in Delhi and Haryana, where our lingering fragrances usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. We look forward to serving you and filling your days with unforgettable scents.

Deliveries are made between 9 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, and our courier will need a signature on arrival. If you do not expect to be available yourself, you are welcome to nominate someone to receive the parcel on your behalf, whether a family member, a colleague or a neighbour. A few things worth knowing so there are no surprises:

• Where a parcel is signed for by someone you have nominated in your place, ILVZA Fragrances is unable to take responsibility for it thereafter.
• Once a delivery has been completed, any damage that occurs afterwards falls outside our responsibility.
• If anything is missing or arrives damaged, please tell our customer service team on the day your order is delivered, so we can investigate it promptly.

Shipping and handling charges can vary depending on the product, its size, volume, packaging and type, among other factors. You will always see the exact charge at checkout, clearly, before any payment is made.
